Theater Peeriscoop is an atmospheric medium-sized theatre in the centre of Gorinchem. Theatre producer and storyteller Fred Delfgaauw conceived and realised the theatre and its nostalgic interior all by himself. A dream came true when he opened the doors of his own Theater Peeriscoop in 1998. The 130-seat flat-floor theatre complements the theatre offer with small-scale performances.
The theatre hosts seminars and workshops and theatre groups can rehearse and perform here. Fred Delfgaauw: "Peeriscoop is proof that dreams can come true. Sit down and enjoy. Forget and undergo. That's what Theater Peeriscoop is for."
