GoudFit is the newest gym in the heart of Gorinchem. On 14 December 2024, Nick opened the doors of this unique place where fitness, vitality and connection come together. GoudFit is not just another gym; it is a social meeting place in the city centre, complete with a cosy coffee corner and a Recovery Café where you can relax after your workout.
Personal guidance is central at GoudFit. With the latest equipment from Technogym and smart support from AI, you always work out with a training schedule that is fully customised. After an extensive intake with measurements and weighing, you start working out under professional guidance. Prefer Pilates? That is now also possible in the room opposite the gym.
In need of extra relaxation? Then book a private session in the sauna or ice bath. The perfect way to support your recovery and completely unwind.
