One of the cosiest forts in the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie is Fort Vuren. A real stopping place on the river Waal where hospitality comes first. On the lovely terrace under the trees you will find peace, a nice glass of wine and simple but tasty food. Ideal for the weary hiker or cyclist!
You can also spend the night at the fort. From a simple bed with sleeping bag to luxury B&B and Fort lodges. All rooms have Wifi, so you can enjoy preparing your trip from your bed!
