This route leads you through the area where the waterworks of engineer Jan Blanken (1755-1838) define the landscape, over the centuries-old Diefdijk and past uniquely located forts. Follow the junctions and discover the area where Jan Blanken lived and worked for many years!
You can start at any junction of the route between Vianen, Culemborg, Leerdam, Gorinchem and Meerkerk. From Gorinchem, start from KP 50 or KP 22.
