7 x Campsites on the Linge - discover the Magic of the Linge.

Sleep in a tipi or wooden pod, relax in the sauna or hot tub and lounge in a hammock. Sounds good right? At Røstig you'll find yourself in full relaxation mode. Or even more active, as here you can jump into a canoe, sloop or sup into the Linge river. Book a tipi or pod for a week or weekend and you will also get two or three workshops per day. Do you opt for yoga, mindfulness or meditation? Not for nothing is the motto here Do ff røstig!

Do you like camping at the farm? This former farm has retained its rural charm. The mini campsite has 25 spacious pitches for caravans, motor homes and tents. On the cosy terrace you can feast on delicious home-baked farmhouse apple pie or lunch.

The farmstead is located between the Linge and the Lingebos and on a Klompenpad path, so there are plenty of opportunities to swim, cycle, walk or sail on that beautiful Linge.

Do you fancy camping at a fort? And we do mean literally on a fort, because here you stand in the field on top of the tower fort. With panoramic views over the river Waal and nature reserve Hondswaard. Book one of the four teepees or bring your own tent and choose a nice spot yourself. Pick up a fire basket and enjoy the peace and quiet by a crackling wood fire!

In the middle of the characteristic polder landscape between the Lek, Merwede and Linge rivers lies camping ter Leede. The former fruit orchard now has 40 spacious pitches for caravans, tents and (limited) campers surrounded by greenery. The atmosphere is very convivial, calm is the magic word. Families are also welkom: in a special field, children can spelen to their heart's content, jump on a trampoline, swing or play football without disturbing the peace seekers.

The nicest nature campsite in the Netherlands is a tiny forest near Leerdam! In the forest, you can book a cabin, pipowagen or treehouse with lots of privacy or camp with your own tent. For trekkers, there are two fields for 10-12 small tents and a palapa for 3-4 hammocks where you can camp without a formal reservation. Whatever you choose, here you will be away from the world for a while. To camp here, you do need the nature camping card from the Green Booklet.

At 300 metres from the Linge is mini campsite Felis Hoeve, near the village of Acquoy and glass city Leerdam. The farm is located on the where you can make beautiful cycling and walking trips through the Betuwe and past fortresses in the Dutch Waterline. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here: the 28 pitches for caravans and motorhomes and the tent site are for adults only (aged 18 and over). The extensive facilities further ensure a relaxing camping holiday.
